Dr. Bruce Shin was born and raised in Los Angeles.  He went to Cal State Univ, Northridge where he studied both Psychology and Physical Therapy. A couple of severe volleyball injuries lead him to the clinic at Cleveland Chiropractic College, Los Angeles, which then paved the way to pursue his Chiropractic career. After suffering from over a dozen low back injuries, some occurring while in chiropractic school, receiving plenty of adjustments without relief, his faith in chiropractic began to fade. After searching for more help, he was fortunate to meet a chiropractor from Las Vegas who taught him Applied Kinesiology. This changed everything. Under his care, Dr. Shin's health and vision was restored to the power of chiropractic, in conjunction with other techniques, including Applied Kinesiology, Behavioral Kinesiology, Clinical Kinesiology, Neural Kinesiology, Neuro Emotional Technique, Total Body Modification, etc. His practice has transformed the lives of thousands of patients over the last 16 years and continues to redefine itself every year. Incorporating a healthy/specific meal plan and a very disciplined training regime, he has been able to enjoy participation in the following events:

5Ks

1/2 Marathons

Full Marathons

Spartan Trifecta Tribe (Sprint, Super, Beast) 2014

Spartan Ultra Beast Finisher 2x (Hawaii, Vermont) 2015

Those who have commented on his style of practice has said: "He is truly caring, compassionate, gentle, attentive, but firm when necessary in giving recommendations to better one's health. He will absolutely teach you HOW to live healthy and strong, it's up to you to follow through."
